When will services resume back to normal?
As of March 19, 2020 the governor enforced a "stay at home order" until further notice. We do not have a date regarding when services will go back to normal. When a date is provided to us, we will be sure to inform all of our families and caregivers.
How can I access the latest updates on the status of our services?
Our office is currently open and all staff are working remotely. Feel free to give a call. In addition, we are updating our social media platforms daily with information and resources. Effective immediately, California Governor Newsom has issued a 'stay at home' order. According to the state’s instructions on the order, everyone is required to stay home except to get food, care for a relative or friend or get necessary health care.
In order to keep everyone safe and follow the government ordinance, team members are not permitted to leave their dwelling place to provide Day Program, ILS or Tailored Day Services. Services for ILS and TD can be provided remotely (phone, skpe, facetime, etc.) as long as the individual you're providing services to agrees to move forward with remote support.
